For anyone curious about CrossFit but new to the training style, we offer a 2.5-hour introductory course once a month for CHF 80.-. During this session, you’ll get to know the CrossFit methodology and learn the essential foundational movements. Our CrossFit Intro is suitable for all fitness levels, guided by an experienced coach, and held in an intimate small-group setting of 2–6 participants. This is not a membership yet, and everyone is free to decide afterwards whether and how they would like to continue but completing this course is required for Beginners before becoming a member.
