Welcome to the 2nd 10-week postpartum course at CrossFit HelvetiX. This program is intended for women who are looking to return to strength, performance and fitness postpartum, while giving the core and pelvic floor time to heal.
In 10 weeks, you will learn to master movements and strategies that will assist in healing and regain strength during a vulnerable period in training. You will complete one session per week at CrossFit HelvetiX and a second session at home with minimal equipment. For the at home session, you will have access to the Truecoach app and will be guided through the trainings with videos and descriptions for each exercise.
To join this course you don’t have to be a CrossFit athlete. Your goal should be to return to any kind of exercise (jogging, fitness trainings, CrossFit etc.) postpartum.
Some more infos:
- Of course, you may bring your baby along but note that there is no extra child care.
- You are welcome to join this course if you are few months or years postpartum but you want to work on your core and pelvic floor…it’s never too late to start :).
- It is expected that participants have been cleared by their doctor.
- The course is a block course and must be complete as such.
