Für mich the “one and only” Crossfit Box! Von den Coaches zu den Mitgliedern eine super community welche viel weiter geht als “nur” Training. Man fühlt sich wohl, wird sportlich gefordert und motiviert aber immer mit Priorität auf Gesundheit! Die super Qualität des HelvetiX teams ist and jeder Ecke zu spüren, egal ob vor, nach oder während dem Training. Zudem wurden die Vorgaben des BAG exzellent umgesetzt, auch hier: einfach nur TOP!

Die Coaches sind super nett und es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Kursen.
Gerade in der aktuellen Situation haben sich alle super engagiert. Während dem lockdown gab es crossfit via zoom und als die Nachricht kam, dass es wieder aufgeht, war sofort alles parat!
Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, auch als Fitnesseinsteiger wie ich fühlt man sich nicht überfordert, da die Coaches darauf achten, alles zu zeigen, zu erklären und evtl. anzupassen.
I’ve absolutely loved every minute of the training sessions in which I’ve participated since I’ve joined.
Not only is this the ‘box’ the best fitness experience I’ve ever had, but as far as I can recall, it’s the best customer experience I’ve ever had. The Coaches are all so incredibly professional, helpful and friendly – the and it all makes the whole place a very enjoyable place to be. In short, I think it’s a great place – and I thoroughly recommend it. And one last thing – regardless of your level of training, it can always be a bit intimidating at going to a completely new place – but don’t worry: it’s so friendly you’ll feel right at home really quickly!
The best place to be a member of! The set-up at the moment is so clean and safe – everyone has plenty of space to workout, the rules are clear and everyone happily follows them. The coaches here are knowledgeable and dedicated and they create a really inclusive and fun atmosphere. Cannot recommend CFH too highly!
I have engaged in many athletic pursuits and have never gotten a sense of deep conditioning and fitness anything close to what I get from Crossfit. There is simply a great group of people at CFH. I have not felt judged about starting out a bit chunky and being one of the older guys. I don’t speak Deutsch and they have still accepted me. I have never felt so supported by both Coaches and Athletes. I’ve made friends there.
This is a really great box, with a very friendly and inclusive membership and a supportive community. The coaches are very experienced and knowledgeable, and really take the time to get to know their members to help them train effectively and safely to reach their full potential. I’ve achieved more in the last 5 years since I joined Crossfit Helvetix than I did in the previous 10!
